Construction
When the water gets really cold
you'll be loving these AMP 7/5 boots from Hyperflex. All of the seams are
sealed with liquid taping and the entire boot is 7mm except for the bottom
which is 5mm thick for better board feel. It's a cold water team tested boot
that we're super stoked with and think that you'll be stoked too!
Hyperflex is the surf wetsuit division of
Henderson Wetsuits which is a large player in the dive wetsuit business. Since
Hyperflex doesn't have a large team payroll plus has the
buying/manufacturing power of a large wetsuit company .... you get top notch,
state of the art prodect at excellent prices. Hyperflex covers their boots and
gloves with a limited 90 day warranty
Sizing: These boots seem to
be mediun (average) width come in whole sizes and seem to run pretty true to
size. If you normally take a "half-sized" shoe, if you go up to the next size
it make be a hair loose and if you go down to the lower size expect it to be
snug. Most people prefer a snug fit over a little loose, but it's up to you.
