			Phil finished first in the Central Jersey ESA Jr. Mens Divsion last year.

			Coming off the floater. Phil reported that he was surfing with Taylor Knox in a few sessions. Those sessions might have been a little anticlimactic for Taylor after his $50,000 Todos Santos wave, but it was inspirational for Phil non the less.

			Phil in the middle of one of his meticulously executed upper wave maneuvers (in other words, another close-out but he's workin' it for all it's got).
