Mookie

Mookie April 2001 Monterey Beach, NJ Congrats to Mookie, of the Wavejammer team, who recently picked up sponsorship by Matt Kechele Surfboards and Quiksilver. All that ripping (and self promotion) is starting to pay off. There has been some speculation that Mookie gains extra speed on the wave because of the aerodynamic qualities of his round head. Others attribute it to the highly tuned Kechele boards that he's riding. The debate continues ... photo: Brent Dolan Brent is hard at work on What Exit? II ... Look for it sometime in 2002.
