Online Ordering Privacy -- We collect personal
information when an order is placed only for the purpose of fulfilling your
order. No information collected through Wavejammer's online ordering process is
ever sold, rented or given to any party outside of Wavejammer.com. You will
never be contacted by outside marketers or retailers as a result of ordering
from Wavejammer.com.
Online Ordering Security -- We use the
Americart Shopping Cart Service for entering your credit card and shipping
information. This means that the management of the Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
encryption is handled by the experts at Americart. Please see the

Cart Service Privacy Statement for more information. When you navigate to
our final checkout page, which is under the secure server control of Americart,
you will notice that the URL shown in your browser will change from an address
starting with "http" to one starting with "https", and the bottom of the
browser window will show the unbroken key symbol or closed lock symbol
(depending on your specific browser). While no method is completely
impenetrable, SSL is the industry standard encryption technology used today for
secure transmission of sensitive data. Unfortunately, no data transmission over
the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we are
committed to protecting your personal information, we cannot entirely ensure or

Email List Privacy -- We offer the opportunity to signup
online for our email list. Through this list, we will occasionally send out
messages about special sales, new product information, snowboarding trips,
special events and other information which is in some way related to
Wavejammer. This list is currently maintained on aweber.com. The only way to
get on our email list is for you to personally signup yourself. No persons
are ever added to our email list as a result of providing their email address
during the online ordering process. Your name and address are not required
to join the email list. You may remove yourself from the list at any
time.
Personally Identifiable Information -- This is information
that you provide, such as your name, postal address, telephone number, email
address, etc., which would allow us to contact you. Some of the ways in which
we use your personally identifiable information may include using it to fulfill
your orders, to give you updates about the status of your orders, to provide
you with information that you may request, to send you messages as part of the
Wavejammer Email List, etc.
No personally identifiable information
provided through Wavejammer's online ordering process, email list sign-up, or
email, fax or telephone correspondance is ever sold, rented, loaned or given by
Wavejammer to any party outside of Wavejammer. Your personally identifiable
information which you provide specifically to Wavejammer only, will not be used
by any outside marketers or retailers to contact you about offers or promotions
of their own.
