Wavejammer Sunglass Return Policy:

Imperfections/Scratches: Sunglasses shipped by Wavejammer are checked for imperfections and scratches by 2 different crew members before we box them up. Any imperfections or scratches found on sunglasses which you purchase from Wavejammer must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of your package.

Exchanges or Returns: Exchanges or returns will be made during our normal return period provided that the sunglasses being returned show absolutely no signs of wear. Sunglasses being returned must be sent with original box/case intact and not ripped open, crushed, stained or mangled. Sunglasses returned to us which do not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer along with an explanation of why they were refused by our returns department.

Warranty Issues: Any warranty issues with sunglasses bought from Wavejammer must be handled directly with the sunglass manufacturer. This is not only Wavejammer's policy but it is also the policy of companies which we feature on our website.
