Here's a fun one from Reef which combines a faux leopard strap with a very comfortable footbed. There's about a one inch heel on this one from the design crew at Reef.
For sizes 9/10 and smaller there is an elastic strap to go around the back of the foot to keep the sandal on more easily (if you don't like the strap, a pair of scissors will take it off easily). (sku#65-284)

Sizing: Reef Kids sandals start at size (infants) 3/4 and go up to (kids) 4/5. After a 4/5 the next step is adult sizes. Here is a list of the size options and an approximate age reference to use as a guide:
