We primarily ship via United
Parcel Service (UPS). The prices calculated on our invoice page are the actual
shipping charges which you will be billed for. There are several UPS methods to
choose from. When you add your first item to your shopping cart you will be
asked to specify the shipping destination and shipping method so that the
shipping cost can be immediately calculated. These different shipping methods
will be outlined below. Upon request, we can quote alternative shipping via the
US Postal Service for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. In order to
receive a quote, we would need to know what is being purchased and the shipping
zip code.
For shipping within the continental U.S. the most economical
UPS option is UPS Ground. When picking your shipping method choose UPS Ground
residential if your shipping address is a residence or UPS Ground commercial if
your shipping address is a commercial establishment.

SHIPPING - to qualify for our free shipping offer your shipping address
must be in the continental U.S., you must choose the UPS Ground option, which
is the default, and your order total before any shipping charges or taxes must
be $75 or more. The free shipping offer applies to any items except surfboards.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico can not use the ground
method, but can use UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air. Any place else outside of
the continental U.S. must use one of the non-U.S. (international) methods.
Please note that UPS does not pickup (from us) or deliver on Saturday,
Sunday or Holidays. If your order is placed by noon EST, it will usually be
sent out the following business day, as long as it is in stock and there aren't
any questions involved. Orders placed in the afternoon might still go out the
next business day, but we can't guarantee it. The usual delivery schedule is
also not guaranteed in the event of delays due to "acts of God" (severe
snowstorms, hurricanes, etc.) as determined by UPS. Use the following
guidelines to determine when you can usually expect to receive your order:

UPS Ground - in the continental U.S.

are located in New Jersey, so the closer you are to us, the quicker you should
receive your order. Often packages shipped within the tri-state area are
delivered within 2 business days.
