aren't short shorts .... they're just not long. This length is cut to be around
knee length or so on the average guy and the style and fit are 110% right on
the money. The Regal cargo is made out of a medium weight weathered twill which
has a nice broken in feel the first time that you put 'em on. As we mentioned,
with about a 22" outseam length, this style is around the knee in length on the
average guy.
