This book is an excellent guide and
reference for anyone interested in surf travel. As the name suggests, it covers
100 surf spots around the globe including US, Auatralia, Africa, Indo, Europe
and a little on Latin America and the Caribean. By far it has the most coverage
on US (including Hawaii), Australia and Europe. The great thing about this book
is that it breaks down the spots and give you info like the type of break, the
bottom conditions, which wind and swell direction fire up that particular
break, the air and water temps at different times of the year, the local
currency and lots of other info. There's a page or two describing the break and
there are photos and travel tips too. So to sum it up, if you're looking for
aniother great reference to use in planning your next surf trip we highly
reccomend this book. 100 Best Surf Spots is a soft cover book that measures
7.5" by 9.25" and has 227 fact packed pages.
