plan on doing any surf travel on the main continent in Europe. Pretty much any
surf traveler that checks out this book agrees that it is far and away the most
well thought out and put together surf travel guide they have ever seen. This
guide goes over the best breaks, what conditions the break needs to work with
(tide, wind, swell etc.), basic directions on how to get to the breaks, notes
on local attitudes and more. This edition was published late in 2006 and now
covers all of the main continent: France, Spain, Portugal, Mediteranian,
Morocco, and the North Sea Nations. So you want to know where the best breaks
are near Amsterdam? This guide doesn't go into great detail about accomodations
in particular towns, but as for surf info ... it is all in there (each
description is written in English and French too). 195 pages.
